How to make a reservation?
You can make your reservation directly online by selecting the period of your choice (high season, low season, summer holidays, or Christmas holidays). Rentals are available for a minimum stay of 5 nights. You can add an extra night if you wish. You can also opt for a one-week stay (7 nights), with the option to add additional nights. If your stay spans two periods or if you encounter any difficulties during your reservation, please do not hesitate to contact us.

We accept credit cards and PayPal for payments. Our payments are secured via the STRIPE platform.

Yes, a deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
📃General Rental Conditions Villa Calyana – Tartane, 97220 La Trinité, Martinique
1. Purpose
The purpose of these General Rental Conditions is to define the terms and conditions for the location of Villa Calyana, located in Tartane, 97220 La Trinité (Martinique), as part of a seasonal rental for exclusive residential use.
2. Capacity
The accommodation is designed for a maximum of 6 people. Exceeding this capacity without prior agreement may result in immediate termination of the contract, without refund.
3. Reservation
The reservation becomes effective after:
Acceptance of the current conditions
Payment of a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay Receipt of written confirmation by email
The balance must be paid no later than 15 days before arrival.
4. Deposit
A deposit of €1000 is required upon arrival, by check or bank transfer.
It will be returned within a maximum of 7 days after departure, subject to a proper exit inventory.
5. Cancellation
By the tenant:
More than 30 days before arrival: refund of the deposit
Less than 30 days: the deposit remains with the owner
In case of no-show: no refund
By the owner:
In case of force majeure or unforeseen unavailability of the accommodation, the owner agrees to fully refund the amounts paid.
6. Arrival / Departure
Arrival: from 3 p.m.
Departure: before 11 a.m.
Schedules may be adjusted by mutual agreement, depending on availability.
7. Use of the Premises
Tenants agree to:
Respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood
Keep the property clean
Not smoke inside the house
Not organize parties or events without prior authorization
Children are the sole responsibility of the adults accompanying them.
8. Pets
Pets are not allowed.
9. Insurance
The tenant is responsible for all damages caused by their actions.
They are required to have vacation insurance, generally included in home insurance (liability).
10. Inventory
An inventory of fixtures and fittings will be carried out upon entry and exit with the tenant or a person designated by the tenant.
Any unreported damage will be invoiced or deducted from the deposit.
11. Internet and Amenities
The accommodation has free Wi-Fi access.
Its use is strictly personal, in compliance with applicable laws (particularly regarding illegal downloading). The equipment provided (air conditioning, household appliances, linens, etc.) must be used with care.
12. Disputes
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Failing this, the competent court will be that of the location of the rented property.
